Yes, both the Rock Band 1 And Rock Band 2 Drums work fully well with GH: WT.
The interface changes into 4 pads instead of 5, there are no accents – and the game tells you something about how you’re not experiencing it correctly.
To be honest, the game itself isn’t all that great – most of the fun part for me has been trying to play the new drums. There’s a few good songs and all, but Rock Band 2 still seems way better. There’s really a lot more realism added by that 1 pad, suprisingly enough.

Whats also good is that the GH:WT drums work with RB and RB2, and the guitar works with any other title in the series.
