Can the guitar for Guitar Hero work for any of the Rock Band games?

Author: Im planning on buying Rock Band and I was wondering if the guitar for Guitar Hero can work for Rock Band since I already have the Guitar Hero Wourld Tour complete band game. All I wat to do is save money.

yes, the guitar will work, but the drums won't. make sure you have the latest update on the game! I have PS3 and it works as long as you have the latest update, and my brother has XBOX360 and it works too!
