Do the guitar hero world tour instruments work with rock band 2?

Author: I got Guitar Hero World Tour today and I was just wondering if the instruments for it will work on Rock Band 2 for Wii. And I heard something about a patch for something, what is that?

I know that they work for Xbox 360 and PS3 so my guess is it should work for Wii as well
