Guitar hero…?

Author: I bought a guitar hero 3 box for ps2 it came with the game and guitar. so if i bought guitar hero 2 for ps2 could i use the guitar hero 3 guitar to play it ? would it work
how is guitar hero rock the 80′s song wise..iheard theres no career??
