How do you put Custom songs on guitar hero world tour?

Author: i want to put the beatles on guitar hero world tour but i don’t understand how, i already have it saved on my harddrive. can someone explain how? and yes the song is less than 3 minutes

do u have xbox live? or the psn (in case u have a ps3)? u have to go the internet and download it to the song creator option
I think you have to have a modded xbox to do it
