How to convince my mom to get me guitar hero?

Author: My Dad and i are major rock fans. (i’m thirteen by the way) But, my mom is really uptight and hates rock music, my dad and i really want it because we just got a wii, but he won’t get it unless my mom approves of it. My mom said that if there was such thing as an acoustic guitar hero, she would get it, but don’t think there’s such thing, and it would suck if there was. Please help! Wii sports isn’t the best game ever and i don’t know how long i can stand it!

By acoustic do you mean songs played acoustically or an actual guitar?
If the former, Guitar Hero has a few country songs, which are a break from the heavy rock/metal found in the games. Heck, Rock Band even has a country track pack. Try to use those songs to convince her. If she only wants the country track pack, the cheapest way to get the instruments is…buying the main game bundle.
If it’s the latter, then suggest you need a hobby, but you don’t have the time to learn a real guitar.
Why can’t your dad buy it anyway?
