first, take the heavy bit with all the drum pads off, this should come off with a good tug while holding the other part down
Then to disassemble that, unscrew the cymbals (after unplugging them from the main drum bit) from the top and that&#039;s about all you can do to that bit
You should now have a bit of stand that looks like a H, first flip up the switch in the middle of the horizontal bit and pull the two sides apartand then flip the other switch on the pieces that are left
 you should have 10 pieces in total:

Two screw for the tops of the cymbals
the red and yellow cymbals
Bass pedal
Main drum pad section
two longer black bits and two shorter ones
