How to unlock controller guitar in Guitar Hero 3?

Author: I’ve been playing Guitar Hero 3 since it came out and I still can’t find out how to get the Guitar that looks like a controller. I’ve already beaten expert and I didn’t get it then. So does anyone know how to get it?
