Guitar Hero World Tour

The games for the 360 i have are:
Oblivion (game of the year edition), lego indiana jones/kung fu panda, mass effect, assassin’s creed 2, halo odst, need for speed most wanted, batman arkham asylum, resident evil 5, burnout paradise, Modern Warfare 2, beatles rock band, rock band, unreal tournament 3, left 4 dead 1 and 2, fallout 3, gears 1 and 2, bioshock, dead space, (guitar hero aerosmith, world tour, smash hits) halo 3, fable 2, rock band 2.

Modern Warfare 2 and rock band 2/ beatles rock band are the only games i play really.

The reason i would keep my 360 is to get mass effect 2, splinter cell conviction, and maybe halo reach. Thats it. I first got a 360 because alot of my friends have one, but as i played on, i realized that i started getting more games than my friends had, so i couldnt play most of them with my friends. Not only that, but my internet is kinda fucked, so it wont really let me join a party with my friends. Not only that, but my xbox live gold just ran out, and i really dont feel like renewing it.

If i were to sell everything and get a ps3, the games i would get are:
God of War (all of them)
Heavy Rain
Uncharted
Ratchet and Clank
LITTLEBIGPLANET
Metal Gear Solid 4
Resistance
Killzone 2

So tell me. do you think i should make this move? please give me reasonable advice, and no fanboy bullshit.
