The red button on my guitar hero world tour guitar wont register, how do i fix it?

Author: I got guitar hero world tour a few months ago and it worked fine recently i noiced that the rd button wasnt regestering on the game i opened it up but i dont see anything wrong. How do i fix it?

Try new batteries, or stop using the guitar for a while either by not playing or using a different guitar. if those dont work u need a new one or maybe you could try to open it and do something but idk bout that.
