If its for the drums then its the bass pedal and just normal strumming on the guitar. Pretty fun
There usually there for a solo but you can either press down on the buttons and not strum or use the slid bar
the purple lines are strum lines. All you do is strum the strum bar without using the fret buttons
when those cross the screen just strum without pressing any buttons
btw I forgot to add also that it’s for the foot pedal on the drums
so the second guy is right
