Will the rockband drums work on guitar hero world tour on the wii?

Author: I recently bought the guitar pack of guitar hero world tour when looking to buy a second guitar for guitar hero 3 and now i want the drums but you cant buy the world tour drums on their own.

You can play Guitar Hero instruments on Rock Band 2, but not the the other way around (only on the Wii).
So no, you cannot.
